HATHA YOGA

Hatha yoga offers a series of postures linked by breath to detox, stretch and strengthen the body. Perfect for those wanting a restorative and rejuvenating practice. Postures are held for a period of time and rests are given in between. Working deep within three main systems: digestive, nervous and endocrine. This combination creates overall balance and harmony.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Vinyasa Flow yoga combines dynamic sequences of flowing postures (asana) with deep rhythmic breathing (pranayama). Synchronising movement with breath enhances muscular toning and strength, increasing flexibility and joint mobility as well as improving circulation. This practise achieves a clear and more focused state of mind. The pace at which postures are practised depends on the individual or class' needs, but sure to leave you feeling calm yet invigorated.

MEDITATION & NIDRA

Meditation allows one to clear their mind and find peace, experiencing an enhanced state of mind, in a place where the world stops in silence to connect with your inner self.

Nidra is sometimes referred to as yogic sleep. A state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, a form of guided meditation, as well as a mind, body, balancing therapy.
